The season of watermelons is my favourite of all, not only because I love the delicious watermelons too much and that’s what inspired me into creating this beautiful nail art design. In order to create this unique nail design you are going to need four different nail polishes: coral, black, white and green.

-Start by applying coral nail polish over your nails and let it dry for a few minutes.

- With a dotting tool or a tooth stick, apply some dots in an irregular design such as shown in the picture below.

- Apply white nail polish in a French design. You can use tape if you having a hard time applying the white nail polish properly.

- Apply the green nail polish on top of the white but live a line of white nail polish visible. Apply top coat and you are done! This is a fresh looking nail polish that goes perfectly for this current season. Full of colours and art.

Anti-Wrinkle Pillows

Wrinkles are a part of life and there are ones we can’t prevent but others that we can. Smile lines around our eyes and mouth are from being happy and enjoying life. You can’t do anything about those unless you go around with a blank stare on your face at all times. (Ok, yes botox and fillers help but that’s another post for another time). And personally, I can’t help but think smile lines around the eyes are pretty and I wear mine like a badge of honor! But there are also 8 hours a day, 56 hours a week, 2,912 hours a year that we spend sleeping. Those hours really add up! So don’t spend them making sleep lines too! Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Bake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup peppers, chopped

1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
6 oz. cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Chop pepper, broccoli, water chestnuts, onion and chicken. Combine all ingredients except crescent rolls in medium bowl. (I sauteed my peppers onion and broccoli first to bring out some flavor.)

Unroll crescent rolls and arrange triangles in a circle on a cookie sheet with the wide part of the triangle being the center of the circle and the points going out. It will look like a sun. After you have arranged the rolls, I pushed mine with my hand a little in the center to create a larger area to scoop the filling onto. After I pushed the centers more, the circle in the middle ended up being about 2" or smaller. Scoop filling mixture onto the dough, in a circle. Fold points of

Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients (Makes 8 servings)
• 2 cups crunchy peanut butter
• 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 tbsp flax seeds
• 1 tsp stevia
• 1 tsp pure cocoa powder

Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cocoa powder, stevia, whey powder, bananas, and flax seed.
2. Shape the mixture into 8 walnut-size balls, and place them in a container lined with parchment to separate the layers. Freeze for 2 hours minimum before serving.

Swirl DIY Nail Art Tutorial

The retro down arrow is a favourite in that fashion sector and with its unique color pattern that just brings that hip talk about look. Its so simply to do, you will be flowing with idea’s.
1. Apply the white back ground to began this party. Cut out a thin long strip that hangs over the nail, cut other 4 strips and then cut them in half. Lay down the longest strip in the middle of the nail.
2.With remaining strips, apply two on each said. 2 on the bottom left hand corner also 2 in the top left and repeating these steps on the right said. Using that as a guide start from the top of the nail with the blue and orange, then the black and back to blue and orange.
3. Finish with the black on the bottom, let it dry for 5mintues.
4. Take the guide strips off and now the arrow appears.
