We all have a pair of shoes that are just too plain and simple to wear, and most of the time, this shoes get forgotten in a dark spot of the closet; but this doesn’t have to be like this. What I hate most is having thousands pair of shoes that for sure will not have the chance to wear more than once or twice and to be honest I don’t think considering the financial crisis, buying many pair of shoes is really an option. For this winter 2013 I have bought only three pair of shoes and I don’t think I will buy anymore, or at least for now.
If you have a pair of simple black (or any other colour) sandals that you no longer wear and are thinking of throwing them away, wait! I am about to show you one of the easiest, cheapest and awesome ways on how to decorate your simple sandals. What you need? A sewing machine would be ideal but if you don’t have any and you don’t mind sewing by hand then that would be great also! Black elastic stripes or any other black fabric you might have.
