The 20 year old “Wrecking Ball” singer appeared to have shaven or dyed her eyebrows basing on the pictures that she posted on her Instagram. If the Twerk Queen didn’t dye or shaved her brows, some suspected that the songstress use a photo filter for such creepy result.
