Besides anticipating who would bring the Oscars for this year, fashion junkies are also looking forward to the 86th Academy Awards red carpet. And what we can say? The Oscar dresses 2014 did not disappoint as the biggest fashion trends were flaunted on the red carpets.
Oscar Dresses 2014 – Gold
The usually reserved Angelina Jolie was included in the possibly Best Selfie ever tweeted by Ellen DeGeneres. The Maleficient actress wore an Elie Saab Fall 2013 couture in a gold palette. Her beautiful beaded gown was paired with Ferragamo shoes. Meanwhile, the winner for the Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role (“Blue Jasmine”) Cate Blanchet sparkled on the Oscars in her Amrani Prive gown which was embroidered with Swarovski crystal baguettes. Sarah Paulson also rooted for Ellie Sab from one of the Spring 2013 Couture collection. She paired her embellished gown with Christian Louboutin rose gold pumps.
