Loose weight with fibers
Bread or cereals – but only brown bread or rye bread.
Bread alone doesn’t fatten, but the aliments that are consumed with the bread.
With cereals, try to choose those with low content of sugar. A bowl of cereals at breakfast is pure health. They’re very nutricious, contains alimentary fibers and are keeping many diseases away.
White bread is not “in” anymore!
So choose carefully the bread you’re eating, it must be always brown with cereal seeds, or graham bread – this type of bread contains fibers and are good for high cholesterol, is preventing heart diseases, different types of cancer and makes wonders to your skin.
