However, we should mention that eating snacks has its advantages too. Those who eat snacks don’t feel hunger and have a healthy weight. Let’s introduce you several delicious snacks that keep you fit.
1. Roasted Edamame
Roasted Edamame is a snack, which is rich in protein and fiber. Fiber “catches” carbohydrates and makes the process of breaking down food in the stomach slow.
This snack doesn’t contain sugar. Roasted edamame is quite easy to prepare. You just need green soybeans, salt, black pepper and olive oil.
2. Coffee crumb cake
It’s a very tasty cake as contains grains, raspberries and blueberries which are rich in antioxidant and fiber. In order to make this coffee crumb cake, you should have at hand butter, cream cheese, cane juice, egg yolk, vanilla, flour, baking powder, soda, salt, buttermilk and of course raspberries and blueberries.
3. Pumpkin Crunch
This tasty snack is rich in omega-3 acids, protein and carbohydrates. It provides extra energy and affects on your insulin. By eating this pumpkin crunch, you will not feel hunger for a long time and consequently you will not gain extra calories.
To make a pumpkin crunch you need pumpkin seeds, canola oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and cranberries in a dried form.

5. Napoleon of Heirloom Tomatoes and Mozzarella
It is known that tomatoes are considered low caloric and are rich in fiber. It decreases cholesterol and is good for your heart. Mozzarrella is also very healthy, as it is rich in protein. You just need red and yellow tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
6. Summer fruit parfait
This is my favorite snack as I am fond of fruits. This snack contains fruits which are not caloric. It will keep you full the whole day. Pick raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and peaches. You will also need cane juice, yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup and vanilla.
