The neon makeup is not for everyone. It needs a courageous girl to apply it and that is because of its intensity. Even though neon colours where a hot trend last summer, that doesn’t mean that you cannot wear a neon makeup no matter the season.
How to Apply it? I will explain that to you step by step. Like anything else, even makeup requires a good foundation (basis). Therefore, start by applying a good base for your eye makeup. The bold colours of this makeup reminds me of the 80′s! You will need orange and blue neon eyeshadow. The secret to a beautiful makeup is a well shaped brow. Use a brown pencil to colour your eyebrow carefully and give it the shape you desire.
