1 1/2 cup(s) water
2/3 cup(s) sugar
2 tablespoon(s) light corn syrup
1 pound(s) fresh peaches or nectarines, halved and pitted
1 teaspoon(s) freshly grated lime zest
6 tablespoon(s) lime juice
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
Grab a large saucepan and put in on medium heat, pour water, add sugar and corn syrup and mix until the sugar dissolves. Add peaches and let the mixture simmer. After a while, reduce the heat and cover the bowl for 10 minutes. What you have to do next is pour the mixture into a blender, add juice, lime zest and salt and blend until smooth. Next, pour it into a bowl and refrigerate for at least four hours.
You can use an ice cube tray and freeze to do so, just make sure to leave it freeze for at least 4 hours.
Pink lady milkshake
Ingredients:
4 ounces fresh strawberries (about 3 large), hulled and quartered
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons dark rum, 80 proof
1 teaspoon Champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 pint strawberry ice cream
Whipped cream
Freshly, finely ground black or pink pepper
Add strawberries and sugar into a bowl and leave I aside for 30 minutes so the juices will be released. When it is ready add vinegar and rum.
Next, scoop ice cream into a blender and add the strawberry mixture. Blend the whole mixture until smooth and serve. Depended on your preference, you can also add some pepper.

1 frozen banana (cut in half)
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

3 cups Watermelon, cubed
4 ounces freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
5 ounces White Rum

12 large Spearmint leaves, rough chopped
To prepare it blend all the ingredients, pour the mixture into popsicle molds, cover and insert wooden sticks. Let it freeze for some hours. Before you serve, run hot water on the outside of the molds in order to release pops.
Chocolate dipped yogurt bites
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1/4-1/3 cup rice krispies cereal (no salt or sugar added)
8 drops Vanilla Creme Sweetleaf Stevia
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Mix the first three ingredients together. Put the mixture on ice cubed trays and leave it freeze for couple hours. At this point melt the chocolate. Take the yogurt cubes out and dip each of them in melted chocolate.
Put them back in the freezer and keep them there for an hour. After an hour take them out and put them into ziplock bag and put them back again.

Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
2 tablespoons Dutch-process cocoa powder
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Kahlua
1 cup chopped Oreos
Combine together milk, sugar, espresso powder, and cocoa powder and shake well until the sugar gets dissolved. Add vanilla and Kahlua and continue mixing. Cover up with a plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for few hours.
