One word to summarize Michael Kors pre-fall 2014 collection –androgynous. The boy-meets-girl vibe of his 2014 collection is a breath of fresh air considering that the designer admitted that he hasn’t done some element in his collection. “It’s the first time I’ve done brooches, and the first time I’ve done sneakers,” he claimed during his pre-fall presentation.
While we are at it, Michael takes us to a myriad of practical options that are made more fun with its modern feel. Michael Kors’ pre-fall 2014 collection attempted its collection to be cut above the rest as he drops the term pre-fall in his fashion lexicon and added the word “trans-season” (which we guess is a portmanteau of transition and season) to illustrate better the role of his collection. Although the designer has changed the collection’s name he didn’t change his fashion house’s ability to bring some seriously fab and gorgeous ensembles. A subtle sporty vibe made the collection even more versatile and trendy.
