Start by applying a full coat of beige nail polish in all of your nails. Go for a second coat if needed. With a very thin brush and white nail polish start painting at the end of your nails (French design) such as indicated in the tutorial below. Simply follow the step-by-step guide and you will be able to create the very same design. With the help of a tooth stick add some rhinestones (make sure to deep the rhinestone into glue before you place it).
Apply top coat and you are done! Easy as that.
