While we wait for Peter Pilotto’s comments on his beauty look for Chanel Spring Summer 2014 Haute Couture Show (to come tomorrow), we’re happy to stand-by staring. The icy crystalline stroke along the lower lashes is striking – using cool white, silver and blue near the eye will forever remind me of singer Nina Persson from The Cardigans, and her eye makeup in their video for ‘Lovefool‘. Surely Pilotto’s inspiration was something else entirely, and this Chanel beauty look is much punkier than Persson’s, but it does somewhat remind me of an intergalactic Swedish ice queen. Cool!
