Things You Will Need For Today’s DIY Polka Dots Top With a Bow :

-a basic tee-shirt,

-a velvet bow (from men accessories),

-1 m tulle with shining polka dots, 1 m border tape,

-thread, needles, scissors, tailor chalk and measuring tape.



 

Place the t-shirt on a flat platform, and by using the chalk draw a line crossing the t-shirt, from below the sleeve of one side to another.
And mark the center of the line (To know where to place the bow perfectly).



Now cut through the line that we’ve drawn, and cut the rest of the upper part of the t-shirt like the picture below.



Prepare the tulle yoke.
