For some of us, mornings are dragging that tempts us to stay in bed rather than burn our bums or stretch our muscles for some quick workouts. If you find it hard to squeeze workout in your morning routine, below are some quick yoga techniques you can do in the morning to boost your mood and have a positive attitude:



Child Pose

Kick start your morning with this relaxing pose. Start by kneeling on the floor and touch your big toes together. Sit on your heels and separate your knees about as wide as your hips. Lay your torso between your thighs. Lengthen your tailbone away from the back of your pelvis, lay your hands on the floor alongside your torso, palms up and release the front of your shoulders to the floor.
