Applying eyeliner can be a bit tricky, especially if you are a beginner at applying makeup. This tutorial will show you an easy way to apply cat eyeliner in just 3 steps!
Step 1: Lower your eyelid so you can have a smooth service to draw on. Grab your liquid eyeliner and draw a thin line across your upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and continue your way down to the edge. Make sure that the line is as thin and precise as possible. Map out the edge of the eye and outer edge of your eyebrow. You can draw tiny dots to guide you for the next step.
Step 2: Extend the eyeliner into the desired wing shape at the end by drawing a thin line over the small dots, connecting the lower lash line to the eyeliner. As shown on the picture, this should create an empty triangle on your upper lid. You can
